Refund Policy

The customer should inspect the goods upon receipt and contact us via email within 48 hours using our Contact Us page if the goods are in any way unsatisfactory.

If no complaint is received, we shall consider that the customer as accepted the goods and no claim will be accepted after the 48 hour period.

Where there is a claim for defective or damaged goods, we will rectify this to meet the standard of the customer’s initial agreed purchase free of charge.

As a consumer, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund, if we have been contacted within seven days of placing the order but the customer shall be liable for any carriage charges to return the goods if they have already been delivered.

Goods will not be accepted as a return if they have been customized in any way or have been coated with any additional wood treatment or preservative.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days on receipt of the returned goods or on cancellation of the order within 7 days of the order being placed.
